Grace Budney
LMHC, LPC, Clinical Training Manager
During my time at Concert Health, I was able to grow clinically while in patient care — which turned into professional growth, as I moved into my role as the Clinical Training Manager. I also felt supported by my team when I had my first child, and this is a direct result of Concert Health's people-first workplace culture. Overall, I love how passionate our team members are about providing the best collaborative care services possible — the work we do matters!
“I have been working at Concert Health for 3 years. I started off as a clinician and slowly grew into several leadership roles. I was involved with the training team and worked as a clinical consultant providing clinical supervision for Master level clinicians. I love being here; it is a fast-paced environment that offers an enriching learning experience. Additionally, you get the experience of meeting diverse individuals from all over the country who are impacting lives through our program. If you are an individual looking to be challenged or have a growth mindset; this is the place for you.”
