View All JobsAt Concert, our mission is to deliver exceptional behavioral health services designed for primary care. We welcome driven clinicians and experienced professionals who care deeply about bringing better care to patients and are committed to making an impact on the way health is approached.
Flexible, remote work
Concert’s team members largely work from home to deliver care through telephone and video visits. Concert offers a range of part-time and full time jobs with flexible schedules that allow exceptional clinicians to fit work around their lives.
Exceptional care
We’re proud to provide industry leading outcomes and exceptional, impactful behavioral health care with Collaborative Care Management, an evidence-based model proven to significantly decrease symptoms of behavioral health conditions such as depression and anxiety within the primary care setting and improve overall health.
A career, not a gig
Concert provides jobs with competitive salaries, health, dental, vision benefits, 401K, life insurance, and opportunities to own stock in the company we are building together.
Team based approach
All Concert clinicians work directly with a small group of primary care providers and have weekly partnership with a Psychiatric Consultant. All our clinicians receive clinical mentoring - even those with autonomous licensure — to encourage a mindset of continuous learning and improvement.
Broad career paths
We prioritize you and your career. As the employer of choice for clinicians and specialists in a range of therapies, we support our team’s careers by offering varied opportunities for clinical practice, research, writing, teaching, and more.
Training and development
Learning is a lifelong practice. All Concert clinicians receive comprehensive clinical training during onboarding and throughout their time at Concert. We help hone skills in treatment modalities such as motivational interviewing, suicide safer care, behavioral activation, and problem solving therapy.
